This page summarizes how cancellation and refunds work for TakeYourSide Premium subscriptions. Detailed billing flows are handled by the underlying payment provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings or via the payment provider used at sign-up. Cancellation is confirmed immediately and stops future renewals.

Access after cancellation

If your subscription was paid in advance for a period (for example, a full month or year), access to Premium features may continue until the end of that paid period. After the paid period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier.

Refunds

Premium subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel during a paid billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund for unused time, and your Premium access may continue until the end of the paid period. We may issue refunds where required by law or in limited cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first through the Contact page or the support method shown in your account. If the payment was processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, their terms and dispute process may also apply. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the issue.
