Premium Terms

Premium is the paid tier of TakeYourSide. It unlocks deeper access to aggregated public-opinion analytics. These Premium Terms complement our general Terms of Service.

What Premium unlocks

Premium gives access to aggregated opinion analytics, including:

• Demographic breakdowns of how each case voted (for example, by age, gender, education, country).
• Regional trends and geographic comparisons where enough aggregated data is available.
• Category-level comparisons and time evolution charts.
• Deeper analytical views derived from the same aggregated data.

All Premium views are aggregated and designed to avoid exposing individual voter identity, individual votes, or personal demographic details.

What Premium is not

Premium does not buy, grant, or imply:

• Influence over editorial decisions.
• Higher voting weight or ranking of any case or opinion.
• Political promotion of any candidate, party, cause, or campaign.
• Legal findings or factual verdicts.
• Financial, medical, or investment advice.
• Gambling, fundraising, or any monetary outcome tied to voting.

TakeYourSide does not provide legal findings, factual verdicts, political campaigning, financial advice, medical advice, investment recommendations, gambling services, or fundraising services. Results and analytics represent aggregated user perception and are intended for informational, research, and decision-support purposes.

Eligibility and consent

Access to Premium analytics requires accepting the inclusion of your anonymous demographic profile in aggregated analytics. You can withdraw this consent at any time from your profile settings; withdrawing consent may limit or disable access to Premium analytics features that depend on aggregated profile data.

Billing, cancellation, refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time. Access may continue until the end of your paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy and may also depend on the rules of the payment provider used to process the transaction.

Changes to Premium

We may change Premium pricing, scope, or features. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance, in line with the general Terms of Service.
